This Privacy Policy explains how Next Level Production Circle ("NLPC", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through our public text message sign-up form and through our private business portal used by NLPC staff to run productions and business operations.
Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, mobile phone number, and optionally your email address, organization, and the production or project you are connected to.
Consent records: when you sign up for text messages we record the date and time, the exact consent wording and version you agreed to, the form you used, and your opt-in or opt-out status.
Limited technical data: a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your internet connection address and your browser type, used only to prevent abuse and duplicate submissions.
Business records: contact details and working records for cast, crew, clients and partners, maintained by authorized NLPC staff for our productions and business.
How we use information
We use information to communicate with you about productions you are part of, scheduling and appointments, project status, operational matters, and client or business work; to keep accurate records; to honor opt-out requests; and to protect our systems from misuse.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in, NLPC may send you production and crew updates, scheduling and appointment reminders, project status updates, operational notifications, and client and business communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. After you reply STOP, we record your opt-out and will not send further texts unless you opt in again (for example by replying START).
SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages (such as our messaging carrier provider) and only to deliver those messages.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, hosting, database, and message delivery providers) under their own confidentiality and security obligations, or when required by law.
Access and security
Our portal is private and requires sign-in. Access is limited by role, and consent records are viewable only by NLPC leadership. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to our size.
Retention
We keep consent and opt-out records for as long as needed to show that we honored your choices and to meet legal and carrier requirements. Business records are kept as long as they are needed for the work they relate to.
Your choices
You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. You may ask to review or correct the information we hold about you by contacting us.
Children
Our text message program is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information through this form.

We may update this policy. The date above shows when it last changed.
